Are you looking to add some cash to your nonprofit organization? Here are three easy ways to do so.
We have a few options to raise funds for your school, church, youth league, moms group, boy/girl scout troop.
Option 1:
Consign as an Organization– a little more work, but a big return!
Contact us and get approval for your group. Register your organization as a consignor and get one consignor number. Select one person to be the contact and organizer. Ask friends and families to clean out their closets and basement and donate their unwanted new or gently used children’s items such as games, toys, dvd’s, clothing, strollers, books, furniture, house ware and home décor, etc. Then turn those items into cash at our 4Kids4Moms Consignment Sale. There is no limit on the number of items your organization can sell. Check our website for acceptable item. Find people to coordinate the effort to collect, inspect and tag your items. Have a tagging party J Your group will receive 65% of your total sales. Provide volunteers to help at the sale and you will receive an extra 5% and each volunteer will receive a pass for early shopping. We will mail the check within two weeks to the groups contact person. If you don’t want to pick up your unsold items at the end of the sale we suggest that we donate them to a local charity on your behalf. This saves you the hassle of returning the items to multiple group members and you will help local families in need.
The deadline to register for participation in the “Consign as an Organization” is Friday, November 13th 2015. All items must be entered in our system by November 15th.
Option 2:
Fundraising Friday! We create a postcards/flyers that can be personalized with the name of your organization. The flyer gives you a short description about the 4Kids4Moms Consignment Sale. Distribute the flyers to as many people you can. Post it on facebook, send it via emails, send them home with kids in your school. The more postcards or flyers you hand out the more money your organization could earn. Your supporters simply bring a postcard or flyer to the sale on Friday, November 20th and give it to the cashier when checking out. 4Kids4Moms will send your organization a check for 10% of total sales (pre tax) that were made from shoppers who presented your flyer at check out. It will add up fast!
All flyers must be given out prior to the 4Kids4Moms Consignment Sale. We will not accept flyers that were handed out at the sale location.
Option 3:
Refer Consignors!
Refer a new consignor to the 4Kids4Moms sale we will donate $5.00 to your organization. The consignor must be new and he must list the name of your organization under “how did you hear about us” at the time he signs up. Each consignor must have a minimum of 30 acceptable items or a value of $200.00 We will send you a check within two weeks after the sale.
You must be a nonprofit 501 c(3) organization in order to qualify for our fundraiser program.
